Update on life

Wow, I haven't done anything on my blog in a while!  I'd use the excuse of being pregnant but since it's actually been a very easy pregnancy, I feel like that would be a lie.  I think only two things are really worth mentioning to get you up to speed on life right now.  

- I'm pregnant with our first baby (it's a girl!) who is due May 13th, 2014. We are so thrilled/nervous/excited to finally meet her!  I'll be doing lots of posts about being pregnant, so be prepared... 

-we bought our first house on New Year's Eve!  And to celebrate, we went to bed at 9:30pm.  Signing all that paperwork is exhausting.  The house is currently being built but should be done (fingers crossed) the beginning of April.  

So; life has been made up of preparing for baby (which i feel like we are not prepared for at all, oh well, it's a learning process right?) and waiting on our house to be done.  We've gone furniture shopping one time since we don't really have that much furniture( I am so excited to finally get a couch!)  Next on our to-do list is buy another car (going car shopping this saturday) and figure out what kind of washer and dryer to buy.  Being an adult isn't all that fun ;)

This was taken a while ago when we stopped by one day to see how the house was looking.  We're so ready for it to be done so we can move in!
